Posture exercises

As I’m getting older, and probably caused by arthritis, standing up straight is becoming more and more of an issue.

10 minute workout

10 minute Cardio/strength training exercises. I think more seniors are working. I am 61 and plan on working until I'm eligible for full social security benefits, which is 67 for me. Maybe until 70

Chair Pilates

I saw a demo of chair Pilates and it looked really good for the body. I did Pilates years ago and really enjoyed it. Anything from the chair is very doable for me since I have bad knees.
