I used to take a class at the gym that was 15-20 minutes focusing only on abds and butts. I’d like to see a group of classes like that. Thx for all you do!

I would like to see a session like the balance session except to loosen tight hip flexors. Tight hip flexors is a chronic issue with seniors that affects their balance, walking, standing and posture.

I am 72 and work 9-10 hour days Monday through Friday. I can do 15 minutes of exercise in the morning and at work I could do 5-10 minutes at my break. I would love a series of 15 minute work outs.
