I am 72 and work 9-10 hour days Monday through Friday. I can do 15 minutes of exercise in the morning and at work I could do 5-10 minutes at my break. I would love a series of 15 minute work outs. Thanks, Kristene Ruddle
I would love to see a series of 15 minute workouts - warmup - exercise - cool down with a countdown clock. I like to add a short workout after my morning yoga routine (but have to search for short workouts), then will do something that takes more time and is more strenuous - such as cardio, boxing or strictly strength. Thanks
