I would like to see Tai chi for seniors
Please add Tai chi ! I am 80 and find walking more and more difficult with neuropathy in feet and legs. Your programs keep me moving. Variety is so great!

This would be very helpful with balance - I have been diagnosed with late onset Charcot Marie Tooth disease and it's all about muscle control. Tai Chi is a great way to build badly needed balance skills.
I go to a class for Tai Chi. I would love to be able to do it at home. Besides it is good for Parkinson’s.

Hi, I am 69 years old and have Parkinson’s. I do your exercises at least 3 or 4 times a week. The other days I do Tai Chi. The last time I went to my Neurologist she said I have improved from the last time I was there. Thanks to you I am also feeling better. Thank you again!

This may be a good idea if the Tai Chi was designed FOR seniors and their abilities. I find Deron’s Yoga which he must have designed for seniors very beneficial.

This would be great, I agree! I have been interested in this ever since I saw Dick Van Dyke’s infomercial about it awhile back. I would like to use a GYF version for sure!
