Please add Tai chi ! I am 80 and find walking more and more difficult with neuropathy in feet and legs. Your programs keep me moving. Variety is so great!

Yes. Have balance issues from neuropathy caused by chemo. So tired of requiring a cane all the time.

This would be very helpful with balance - I have been diagnosed with late onset Charcot Marie Tooth disease and it's all about muscle control. Tai Chi is a great way to build badly needed balance skills.

I go to a class for Tai Chi. I would love to be able to do it at home. Besides it is good for Parkinson’s.

Hi, I am 69 years old and have Parkinson’s. I do your exercises at least 3 or 4 times a week. The other days I do Tai Chi. The last time I went to my Neurologist she said I have improved from the last time I was there. Thanks to you I am also feeling better. Thank you again!

Would like to see Tai chi because of it's really nice fluid movements which , I think would help in relaxation, movement of joints and body and help in balance and strength.

This may be a good idea if the Tai Chi was designed FOR seniors and their abilities. I find Deron’s Yoga which he must have designed for seniors very beneficial.

Years ago, I did Tai Chi--loved it! Daily situations got in the way to keep it up. Would love to see this on the program!

This would be great, I agree! I have been interested in this ever since I saw Dick Van Dyke’s infomercial about it awhile back. I would like to use a GYF version for sure!
