Looking forward to another season of exercise after finishing the third one. I feel it is the best way to keep the whole body moving and continue exercising.
Eagerly awaiting season 4 . hope it increases foundation to moderate level opposed to advanced. Great job for inspiring to keep moving. Thank you

Finally finished seasons 1-3. When does season 4 start? Or which program is a good move into after the 1-3 seasons?
Really feel I am getting the best workout with the Ultimate Advanced Program Series although unable to make remarks on those. My biggest problem is tummy so would like more of those. Will also increase weights to 5 pounds which should help strength.
I'm almost to the end of Season 3 and am feeling the sadness I feel when I'm done reading a really good book. Please add a season 4. I love the way the foundation series feels like a complete workout done properly (i.e. warmup, exercise, stretching, cool down).
I would love more floor exercises. I do floor arthritis 6 days a week because I love Yoga and being able to get down and back up from the floor helps keep me going. Hopefully I will never fall, but then who knows. At 82, I would like to be able to get up at least until, if I live that long, 90. Also would like season 4 also.

Ready for Season 4. Prefer that to continually repeating 1-3
Would love to see Season 4 Exercises. Perhaps incorporate some Resistance Band Workouts and more low impact exercises. Also I seated Power Slide with paper plates!
To burn more calories I stand up as much as I can when doing the foundation rather than sitting.

I have been exercising with grow young fitness for four years. I have completed the ultimate advanced program several times, and currently I am just mixing Up cardio, strength, core, and the standing march. I would love to see a fourth season for us long time participants.
I would love to see a season four! I have done most of the work outs several times as I have been a member for four years now, and only miss participating when I am traveling. Something new would be wonderful!

I think another season would be perfect for those that are unable to stand for the 30 minutes+ that cardio and strictly strength require, which are the obvious next choices in the course.

After completing the entire program I keep going back to the ultimate advanced section which seems to be the most diversified and most challenging so a season 4 would be nice.
