Abs and toning

I would like to see more focus on AB workouts and also more exercises on toning. I’ve strengthen and lost weight but now I need to tone to get rid of some of the flabbiness. Especially in my arms.

Cardio Chapter 7 and beyond …

Hi! I would really love to see additional progressive cardio workouts. While I appreciate the new ‘fast track’ modules, I’m looking for more advanced exercises. I’ve been through Chapter 6 too

Number the Yoga Exercises

I keep track of the exercises I do in the various categories. Since Yoga exercises do not have numbers in the listings, they become hard to reference.

Prone abdo muscles excersise

I rarely get on the floor or mat to excersise, but I would like to run through some Abdo strength excersises before getting up in the morning. Eg prone bicycling..raising legs etc. Other suggestions
