10 minute Cardio/strength training exercises. I think more seniors are working. I am 61 and plan on working until I'm eligible for full social security benefits, which is 67 for me. Maybe until 70. It's nice to have shorter workouts for just before going to work to get the joints moving or to do them doing a lunch break or any break. Deron, I appreciate all that you do!

I tend to do more exercises each day when they are shorter

Some of the time I wake up tired and wish there were some 15 min exercises. Why not a short version of the foundation ones?

Some times before leaving for work I would enjoy doing a short workout to get my day started.

I think a short workout would be beneficial for people who have had surgery or an injury to do while recovering instead of the longer workouts.
