longer reps

Most importantly and always repetitive my sincere gratitude for your program. I am ending the second Foundation program so maybe I will find this in the 3rd. But I am hoping you do a series of workouts that use longer reps in them, even a weeks worth of different workouts. I am sure there are many who are wanting to be more challenged. That being said it would not change my gratefulness towards the program you already have successfully made. Congratulations. PS I hope the others are investigating some of the other programs outside of foundation. I am making a goal to look and participate in all of them bit by bit, some are common knowledge for me (because of my age and life long interest in fitness and diet) but still motivating. Your program is wonderful.
