As I’m getting older, and probably caused by arthritis, standing up straight is becoming more and more of an issue.
Yes! A posture routine what would help with shoulder posture and head tilt from leaning to use phone, ipad, etc.
Would be great. I tend to roll my shoulders when standing.
A short posture routine that could be done daily would be a terrific addition to the variety of workouts available!
We need to elongate our back because there is no muscle there only bone
at 88, I too, need a routine for correcting posture. Find myself automatically hunching over and have no physical reason for it.
Very concerned about slouching because this can lead to lung problems with time due to chest not being open
Posture is so important. I have osteoporosis and need to have some exercises to make me more aware of my posture.
This is also a problem for me. Also I have a osteoporosis.
