I feel that we all need to de-stress more than we do. And a guided meditation perhaps in different increments of length. Even if someone wanted to do just five minutes or if someone was more into 20 or longer. I know how beneficial meditation is it's just hard for me and I think if I had a guided one from you that it would be a lot easier. Thanks. Also I just want to say this is the most positive workout experience I've ever had. I've been a member for three years now and down!
