I hesitate to ask for this because, as a grown up that is under Deron’s expert tutelege, I should be able to do this for my self. I’m having trouble with the short get up and move around throughout the day stuff. I’m writing a novella and am deep in ancestry which are both very very sedentary activities. My idea is that we might have 5 (or more) 3 minute structured sessions to choose from designed just for this purpose. Easy peasy kind of stuff. No video required, actually just a stated 3 minute exercise plan might be better. Some ideas are one with bands, a stretch that includes the six ways our spine moves, and a march with other moves thrown in. The structure of something like this is just what I need between the structured workouts with Deron each day. Maybe others might benefit too.
