It seems that the boxing routines work on areas of the back that are difficult to exercise and also help get rid of extra back fat. Add more boxing routines?

I enjoy the chair boxing routines and would like to see more added. I am always surprised at how great they are for getting up the heart rate

I think the boxing is actually my favorite! I love how you incorporated a little bit of it in the cardio program. Would love to have more boxing

Yes, more boxing routines, but are there any extra moves you could incorporate and is it possible to go a little faster?

Love the boxing...I keep repeating the last one...We could use more & maybe some standing boxing, too...
