Nutrition Low Carb/Keto

3 years ago by Jeanine.

Everyone is different and some of us may not follow a calorie in/ calorie out way of eating. Or may follow a low carb lifestyle (diabetics, obese) while still considering calories. Please include low carb information and choices in your talks on nutrition. This would include information on GOOD FATS like Oils (Avocado, Olive, Coconut, Macademia etc). Thanks.

I agree with this -- I vote yes, please!

I'm interested in sensible weight loss, and don't know how to join the Fast Track Weight Loss program. A program on nutrition and mindful eating would be great!

I stopped this program earlier this year. I need to get back to square one. Do I need to pay a fee again?

I am so confused. At Curves for Women they say to eat every 3 hours, now I am hearing about more fasting, with Keto they are saying to not eat apple or oranges or bananas. I need help on nutrition for weight loss. I am using the GYF coffee, greens, Breakfast and sometimes Protein, I do not like the Protein taste.
