Exercises Completed

Once we complete an entire exercise, can you delete the check marks so we can begin them again? If they remain there and we want to begin again we won't know where we left off if the check marks remain. I've finished the Foundation, Strictly Strength, Cardio and Boxing, Walking Series, and Yoga and want to start over again. I suppose I could keep track on paper but it would be so much easier if you'd just delete the marks.

I'm so glad y'all asked this question! As much as I'd like to proceed to the harder exercises, I've decided to redo the first 6 again. I'm just not physically there yet to do some of the others yet. It'd be great to be able to check off each session again as I do them.

Would be nice to be able to uncheck exercises especially when you have bee a member for years and repeat workouts.

I thing vs deleting the checkmarks adding another each time you do the program over would be great incentive!

Yes, I'm on my third go round of foundation,marches and cardio and it would be great to have this feature.

This idea now I really like! I repeat some of them.when you repeat perhaps a “ double check” to show you did it?

This is an excellent idea. I repeat some of the exercises from Season 3 of the foundation exercises when I fall off the wagon.

That would be very helpful in going back after other programs and repeating a series of exercises again. Great idea but one I have wanted since I began.

Not sure if I mark as incomplete if the check marks will go away. Since I am a member a long time {At least 3 years) I will be repeating the exercises but due to knees can not go on to standing exercises.

For my age of 90 I would like to stay on the regular foundation workouts it seems to keep me moving.

That would be really nice. I keep track with a daily journal, so much faster with the check marks started over.

Yes, I would prefer an unmark all option.

Please leave when exercises are completed check! I do go by these to keep track of my progress.

You can already reverse the "mark as completed" but yes, it would be nice to have an option to "unmark all" at the beginning of a series.

I agree! It's frustrating tryingto remember which ones I've finished. I keep track on paper but when I open an exercise series, I have to go back and look to see which I've done already. We really need a way to remove checks.

I agree with this idea. I have repeated cardio series several times as well as many of the other workouts. I would also like more cardio workouts added.

I've completed the entire program and am on the second round of the advanced series. I have to unmark all the sessions first so that when I do them again they'll show up as completed.

i would prefer more advanced exercises once you are through the entire program
