Printed monthly sheets

I have found that the printed sheets for logging in daily completed exercises are the greatest incentives to encourage doing the exercises. I would like to see them made available monthly, whether for prizes or just for my use

I started committing to this program the first day I printed the monthly sheet! On my 3rd month and going strong and 16 pounds lighter! It helps that it’s on the refrigerator door

I love having the print out sheets. It’s great to look back at the accomplishments.

having to mark something off daily would be a great help! I do it with housework and grocery shopping

I'm not sure that I have seen the printed monthly sheets, but from what I've read in the comments from others, I think they would be helpful. I need all the encouragement, motivation and accountability that I can get!!

I enjoy logging in daily and I feel it encourages me to make sure I do at least one workout almost everyday during the month

I really like logging my exercise. It helps so much with motivation. I would love to have the monthly sheets with or without prizes.

Love the monthly sheets as they keep me accountable. I’m not as interested in the prize. Since there have not been new exercises in several months, it shows me which ones I have repeated or need to do again.

I have found these useful to keep track of where I am because once I have completed the season, I have to go back and uncheck all the ones I completed to remember where I left off. It has also been fun to complete these monthly challenges ☺️

Definitely in favor of the calendars. Since starting the monthly challenges with the calendars I have become more accountable and can see results.

I have always found journaling keeps me accountable and I am more committed to a program. I love any printable sheets I can use for logging in.

more standing March. I like to do these if my regular workout still lacks a few minutes of my workout time. The printed monthly sheets keep me on track even if I do not ever win. haha

Yes, I had this same thought, I totally agree. The calendar format is especially helpful when it comes to planning and making adjustments for appointments, etc. Great idea, please make them available for us!
