Good Posture

A beach relaxation video with a man with rounded shoulders walking on the beach inspired this comment. I get a lot of "you have good posture" comments when I work out with GYF. Recently I saw this suggestion. Raise your arms in front of you. Extend arms. Turn left hand up. Turn right hand down. Raise both arms over your head (as you do this the hands tend to come together gradually, touching over your head), bring arms down to your sides. Do twice. It works. Your shoulders square off. It is good to do when you feel down, or think negatively, been intimidated, bullied, ...as you tend to collapse your shoulders, crowding your lungs. It is quick and simple.
