I know that a theraband workout has been suggested but I want to go a little bit further. I would like to see a series of workouts using body resistance and also therabands. This would be ideal if we were travelling and couldn't carry weights in our luggage. Also, free weights can pose a danger if dropped and also strain joints. Using our body weight and therabands as resistance is a safer alternative as we can adjust the tension on those days when we don't feel so strong. Please support this idea. It makes so much sense as we get older.
