Many of have orthopedic issues that will not get better but worse with standing exercises. You advertise chair workouts but your goal is to get us stronger so we need the chair less and less. However, for people like me with bone on bone knees and a spinal deformity, standing has a significant time limitation. The longer we do it the more we hurt even if we are standing t do exercises. The good does not out weight the cost. I already need to take Vicodin to do the exercises. If you have me standing in between, it takes a serious toll. Balancing requires staying in one position and holding. It takes several seconds then to unlock the knees before marching in place to shake it out. When you are bone on bone, it settles into a spot and takes time to move it.
