I just finished the first free on line workout and loved it and have ordered the on line series. I am a 72 year-old behavioral therapist that has had multiple surgeries including four back surgeries. My one suggestion is the deep breathing exercise. I have found many people do not breathe correctly. When breathing in, I have clients put their hands on their stomach to watch their belly go out (imagine filling their belly with air to push and extend it out.)Then when exhaling, their hands and belly should go flat (imagine pushing the air out of their belly). Many people do this exercise in reverse. Just a thought from my years of experience. I’m very excited for more trainings.
